My Experience

I’ve spent over two decades at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership.

During this time, I’ve evolved from an Electrical Engineering graduate designing mechatronic bolting tools and power-distribution assets into a strategic product leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving business growth. My journey through RAD Torque Systems, BC Hydro, Delta Controls, and Primex/Oldcastle Infrastructure has equipped me with a 360° view of the product lifecycle—from hardware design and firmware integration to large-scale utility deployments and post-acquisition portfolio rationalization. At Primex, I led the product management organization. While managing up to five direct reports, I fostered a product-focused culture, coached my team toward developing innovative portfolios, and aligned cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

These experiences have shaped me into a versatile and empathetic leader who connects deeply with customers, understands operational constraints, and communicates fluently across technical and commercial domains. I collaborate with engineers to craft elegant solutions, partner with operations to streamline execution, and support sales teams with the tools and urgency they need to succeed.
