At Forte Leadership we believe every company has the potential to create world changing products and services. However, in order for them to achieve this, they need to have focused and efficient teams – this is what drives us!

Forte Leadership is a product leadership training practice who’s focused on helping companies achieve product and team optimization. 

With our headquarters located in Langley, BC we have the opportunity to serve companies located  in both the Greater Vancouver Area and the surrounding Lower mainland region.

Jeff Chretien

Jeff Chretien is the Principal at Forte Leadership. With over 15 years of experience working within the technology industry, Jeff knows the complexities associated with product development and delivering solutions people need. 

Over the years he’s learnt that the best products and services are built by focused and efficient teams who are led by strong product leaders. This is why he’s committed to helping product managers learn the skills necessary to lead these high-performing teams.

Throughout his career Jeff has acquired a diverse range of experiences working within the technology industry. He’s worked on a range of fast-paced product development environments where blending electronics hardware and firmware, with software and mechanical applications has been essential to creating the solutions his customers need. His experience includes working within the industrial tooling industry, the commercial building automation industry, and the telecommunications industry. 

Jeff holds a technical diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership from Trinity Western University.
